A native polish release. Live Activities stop orphaning and stacking, “Happening now” stays up through the meet end, typing in forms no longer zooms the WebView, address suggestions sit above the keyboard, Export to calendar on Saved actually hands off to Calendar on iPhone, toasts match the rest of the chrome, and true OLED black is fixed. Staff get a quieter admin console plus a Stats overview.
iOS Live Activities — no more doubles. Starting or reopening a countdown reuses the right activity instead of stacking orphans on Lock Screen / Dynamic Island. Push token tracking is steadier across starts. Happening now keeps the activity alive until the meet’s end time, then tears down cleanly.
Saved meets → Export to calendar (iOS). The Saved screen’s export used a download trick WKWebView silently ignores. It now opens the combined .ics the same way meet detail does — system browser / Calendar can import it. You’ll get a real toast if something fails instead of a dead button.
Keyboard zoom, gone. Inputs in the native shell stay at the intended scale when you focus a field (login, submit, meet forms) — no accidental pinch-zoom from iOS.
Address suggestions above the keyboard. Autocomplete for venues/addresses portals above the soft keyboard so you can actually tap a hit instead of fishing under it.
Toasts match the product. Sonner notifications use the same sharp, dark chrome as the rest of the app instead of looking like a leftover default.
True OLED black. The OLED appearance path actually goes to near-black surfaces instead of a soft dark gray that wasn’t earning the name.
Admin Stats. Site administrators get a compact operational overview — meets by status, request backlog, push telemetry for the day, staff counts, recent audit volume — without digging through every tab.
Tighter admin UI. Shorter headers, Team KPIs moved into Stats, Quality’s announcement + push test tucked under a Site tab, shared auth gate across /admin, and /admin itself redirects to the first tab you can see.
Password change copy matches the server. Self-chosen passwords are 8+ characters end-to-end (UI and Better Auth). No more “too short” after you already hit eight.
Runtime FEATURE_LIVE_ACTIVITIES kill switch — flip it on Vercel and Capacitor picks it up from /api/config/native-shell without an App Store rebuild (ends active activities client-side; skips server push-to-start/update sweeps). Staff Stats gated to site administrators only. Saved-meets ICS also has a GET ?ids= handoff path for Calendar import.
